ACTION will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day
New Clients
New clients are welcome at ACTION. PLEASE NOTE: we are respectful of your time and we try to make our intake process as quick as possible. Due to increased demand, new client intake may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience!
On your first visit, please look for the NEW CLIENT sign or ask at the check-in desk where you should wait. Due to increased demand, you will be assigned a number. If you have identification, please bring it; however, you do not need identification to sign up as a pantry client. During registration, you will need to complete a short intake form. You will receive a temporary ACTION card, and will be able to collect food that day. You will need to present your temporary or permanent ACTION card when collecting food.
We are required to collect demographic data such as city of residence, ethnicity, and information about your household. ACTION Food Pantry will not share personal information with any organization or individual outside of authorized ACTION staff. Any reports we generate will contain demographic information only (city, ethnicity, household number, approximate age) and will not contain information such as names, street addresses, or complete birthdates.
